- What is the registration fee?
This is a complimentary event by invitation-only.
- When do I need to register by?
In order to secure your complimentary registration, we ask that you complete the online registration form no later than Friday, March 12th.
- When will I receive confirmation of my registration?
An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your attendance has been approved. If you request hotel accommodations, your hotel reservation
will be confirmed approximately four weeks prior to the conference date.
- What is included in my complimentary registration?
As a part of your registration, AudienceScience will host accommodations for either three or four nights (this is based on whether you are an Advertiser/Agency or Publisher), food during the event, and AudienceScience sponsored entertainment.
- What will I need to pay for?
Audience Targeting Summit attendees will be responsible for making and paying for their own airline reservations, transportation to and from the airport, hotel incidentals, as well as, any additional food and entertainment purchases during their visit.
- Will you send me my summit badge and materials in advance?
No. You can pick up your summit badge and materials during the scheduled summit registration time at the Audience Targeting Summit registration table.
- Is my reservation transferable?
The summit is by invitation-only; however, we will review your request for transfer if you are unable to attend the summit and would like to extend your invitation to a colleague. Please email us at summit2010@audiencescience.com with your request.
- May I bring a guest? What functions are guests allowed to attend?
Spouses or guests may only attend the evening receptions with advanced notice. All meals, break refreshments, sessions, and networking activities are limited to summit attendees only. Children or guests under the age of 21 will not be admitted. Please email summit2010@audiencescience.com no later than Friday, March 12th to let us know if you will be bringing a guest.
- What if I have to cancel my registration?
We realize that schedules change at the last minute but we ask that if you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may extend your spot to another partner. If you need to cancel, please contact Esther Swaty at summit2010@audiencescience.com

- What is the closet airport?
McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas is approximately 15 minutes from the Encore resort.
- How do I get from the airport to the conference?
Please see the list of recommended airport shuttle and taxi transportation.
- What kind of weather should I anticipate?
Las Vegas is a desert location so the temperature can vary. Typical temperatures range from a high of 78%’s and a low of 51%’s. Although the weather can be unpredictable at times, plan on bringing a warm jacket or sweater for evenings.
- How should I dress?
Plan on spring weather attire. During conference sessions, business casual attire is appropriate.
- What if I have special dietary needs?
Please indicate any special requests in the comment section provided at the end of the registration process. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs. If you did not fill out the comments section, please email summit2010@audiencescience.com
- Are discounted rates available at the Encore, Las Vegas for before or after the event?
If you wish to reserve additional rooms for pre or post accommodations you can do so by emailing us at summit2010@audiencescience.com Rates are based on hotel availability. You may request pre- and post-accommodations during the registration process.
