Alan Koslow

Alan securely handles the financial and legal affairs for the company, ensuring that our resources are always in locked step with our strategic goals. With the best interests of our clients in mind, he advises on privacy, regulatory, employment, and corporate matters.

Alan’s depth of legal and financial experience with Internet companies equips him with the knowledge to secure software and hardware licensing agreements, manage privacy responsibilities, assist on tax requirements, advise on intellectual property and employment issues and negotiate commercial lease agreements as well as secure best advantages from our business development contracts.

Alan graduated from Rutgers Law School and holds a B.A. in Accounting/Economics from Rutgers University. He is also a member of the Washington State Bar and New York State Bar.
