Position Summary:
- Open Tableau templates, adjust filters for new advertisers, refresh extracts, and publish dashboards to Tableau Server. Note: All new campaigns above a certain threshold a month should have their own unique dashboard setup
- Transition Discovery Report process; use a tableau template and update date/advertiser parameters
- Needs a good understanding of SQL, and be able to fire off predefined SQL tasks prior to updating some reports
- In some cases take data &/or graphs from Tableau and transfer them into an Excel or PowerPoint template format, which will be emailed back to AMs prior to sending to the client
- Potentially some QA and number checking, to confirm that dashboards have complete data and have updated regularly
- Assist with changes to existing dashboards if the US team change the templates
- Graduate in any stream
- 1.5 - 2 years of formal Computer Science training (degree or diploma equivalent)
- Excellent communication skills
- Good SQL knowledge
- Expertise with Microsoft Office programs, especially MS-Excel
- Knowledge of Tableau would be a plus
- Attention to detail is important
- Strong analytical abilities
- Strong overall computer skills
- Highly organized, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
AudienceScience, Inc. has exciting opportunities for Operations Engineers (Business Intelligence). The Operations Engineer’s primary responsibility is to support the rest of the Ad-operations team with the launch of new campaigns and to assist with the setup, sustenance and analysis of campaigns. The Operations Engineer provides excellent customer service (internal) and works closely with the Account Management and the US and Indian Ad Operations teams to ensure a smooth campaign setup, run and completion process.
