Deb Nielsen

Our people are our ultimate resource and Deb is all about keeping us happy and motivated as well as recruiting the most talented individuals available to keep us operating at full strength. Deb has been with the company since its inception; serving in a variety of recruiting and operational capacities and during her tenure with AudienceScience she has been instrumental in building a culture that is central to our success and core to our ability to serve our clients most effectively. She has been an active participant in the vibrant Seattle community, both professionally in the high-tech sector and socially in her many activities during her time away from her AudienceScience family.

With over 20 years of experience in human resources and recruiting, she holds a B.A. from the University of Puget Sound and has her SPHR certification.
