The Account Executive’s primary responsibility is to support the Gateway team in growing our current publisher’s activities, both commercial and technical. This person will work closely will all aspects of the business to deal with day to day client contact and queries and support key administration tasks to ensure the smooth running of publisher, advertiser, agency relationships.

The Account Executive is responsible for accomplishing the objectives and responsibilities outlined below:
- Identify and develop commercial relationships with publishers, advertisers, media agencies & their holding groups to sell the benefits of AudienceScience’s end-to-end targeting platform.
- For each publisher account, perform a thorough needs analysis and identify new strategies for the current publishers to make more of the AudienceScience technology deployed on their site/s.
- Support commercial management of a designated portfolio of publishers.
- Support with client troubleshooting.
- Develop strong working relationships with day to day client contacts.
- Provide team support in the field of client presentations and reports.
- Provide management reports on a frequent basis.
Knowledge, skills, abilities, qualifications required:
- Functional written and oral business communication skills in English. Be fluent in Japanese.
- 4 + years experience in online advertising (network, publisher, technology, agency).
- Understanding of online advertising marketplace and key developments.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and relationship-building skills.
- Confident and self motivated.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise activity.
- Strong attention to detail.
