New York—October 27, 2009—AudienceScience, the leading provider of audience targeted advertising technology and solutions for digital media, announced today that Steve McQuade has joined as vice president of engineering in the Seattle office.
McQuade has been a software engineer for over fifteen years, holding positions with various technology companies such as Walt Disney Internet Group; Wetpaint.com; and Ingenia Communications, Inc. During his nine years at Walt Disney, McQuade rose to senior manager of engineering after just three years and was responsible for content management, rich media platforms and video delivery over IP solutions.
In 1996, McQuade co-founded Codetalker Communications, Inc., where he developed Codetalker “Greenbox,” a deployed and managed firewall solution for small to mid-sized corporations. Also, in his role as vice president of technology, McQuade was the lead on development of the automated publishing tools to update the Codetalker website and online security news and advisories from its database.
