New York—January 27, 2010—AudienceScience, a targeting technology company driving digital media success, announced today that it has hired Julie Saxon as Sales Manager in its newly opened Atlanta office. The addition of Saxon to the AudienceScience team and the new Atlanta-based office will further facilitate the company’s expansion in the Eastern U.S. With over ten years of experience in sales and marketing, Saxon will drive revenue growth in this region and will be an integral part of the AudienceScience sales team.
Before joining AudienceScience, Saxon worked as the Southeast Sales Director for MySpace. In this role, she was responsible for the hiring and management of the Southeast region sales team focused on branded advertising to key accounts including Verizon Wireless, Coca-Cola, AT&T and Bank of America. Through her strategic business planning, Saxon was able to increase earned annual revenue at MySpace by 200 percent while building advertising partnerships with major brands and leading agencies across the Southeast.
Prior to MySpace, Saxon was the National Account Director at Yahoo!, where she was in charge of developing strategic relationships with advertising agencies and Fortune 500 clients. She created diverse marketing opportunities within Yahoo! to expand client portfolios and increase the effectiveness of marketing efforts across all accounts. Due to her expertise in account management, Saxon was able to retain and grow Yahoo!’s most critical customer business relationships.
